Join the growing team at Believe in Beautiful as a Clinic Manager at one of our Brisbane clinics.

In this leadership role you’ll oversee daily operations, support and inspire your team, and providing exceptional beauty and self-care services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflows, exceptional client experiences, and high-quality service delivery.

Lead, motivate, and support beauty therapists to achieve performance and customer service goals.

Manage bookings, stock control, and client relationships to ensure efficiency and product availability.

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards across the clinic.

Drive clinic performance through effective sales, marketing, and client retention initiatives.

Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally.

Foster a positive, professional, and supportive team culture through communication, training, and feedback.

What We're Looking For

Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Availability between Monday to Saturday

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively

Excellent time management, leadership and organisational skills

Sound understanding of beauty treatments, retail sales, and clinic operations.

A positive, friendly and proactive attitude

Previous experience in a management or senior therapist role within a beauty or wellness environment is preferred.
