Fully qualified Automotive Technician with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

A natural leader with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.

Strong diagnostic skills—able to identify and solve problems quickly and accurately.

A customer service pro with strong communication and sales abilities.

Motivated, reliable, and ready to step up.

Hold a valid driver’s license and full Australian work rights.

Available Monday to Friday + some Saturday mornings.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead by example - mentor, support, and drive your team to hit workshop goals.

Stay hands-on - diagnose, service, and repair a wide variety of vehicles.

Be the technical expert, offering advice and solutions customers trust.

Jump into front-of-house duties when needed, delivering excellent customer service.

Manage workflow - keep the team efficient, productive, and always delivering high-quality results.

Personally test-drive and quality check every vehicle before it's returned to the customer.
