We specialise in building high-quality cabins and homes for a wide range of clients across Australia. With a growing team and a modern warehouse facility, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our expanding operations.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Carpenter who will play a key role in the construction, assembly, and installation of tiny homes, cabins, and modular structures. This is a diverse position that combines traditional carpentry with modular building techniques, general labour support, and occasional on-site installation work.

The role will suit someone who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in their workmanship, and has a “safety-first” approach. Experience in modular or prefabricated building is an advantage, but strong carpentry skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and follow building plans, specifications, and layouts

Construct framing, flooring, walls, roofing, and external cladding

Fit and install windows, doors, kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, and cabinetry

Carry out finishing work including architraves, skirting boards, flashing, and weatherproofing

Perform flooring installation (timber, vinyl, etc.)

Assist with general warehouse duties such as unloading containers, material handling, and stock checks

Support on-site cabin installations, coordinating with crane operators, footings, and access logistics

Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean work environment

Contribute to drafting/design support where required (AutoCAD/SketchUp experience desirable)

Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and policies

About You

Trade-qualified carpenter or relevant industry experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship

Comfortable reading and interpreting construction drawings

Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and heavy lifting

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Modular or prefabricated building experience (desirable, not essential)

Knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp or architectural drafting (desirable)
