Byron Bay Earthmoving is a reputable family business specialising in civil construction, bulk material supply, demolition, road building, retaining walls, landscaping, drainage and more. With the depot located in Byron Bay, the work spans predominantly around the Byron and Ballina shire.

The Opportunity

We have a vacancy available for a switched on, experienced plant operator to join our team to commence immediately. The perfect candidate will have at least 3 years experience working in the industry, confident to operate excavators & bobcats of all sizes. Experience in building roads, cutting drains and batters, building rock retaining walls & dams highly regarded.

To be eligible candidates must hold the following qualifications and attributes:

WHS Construction Induction White Card

Reliable transport and Current Drivers Licence

Competent operating an excavator (ideally hold a RII)

RIIMPO318E certification required for excavator operation

RII ticket required for excavator operation

Reliable, punctual & available to work full time hours

Australian citizenship required for this position
