About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at Flavours and Co (Beaumaris) Pty Ltd in Beaumaris, VIC 3193. This is a casual position, allowing you to work flexible hours and gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a consistent high-quality coffee and specialty drinks to our customers

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area

Assisting with other duties as required, such as food preparation and general front-of-house tasks

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and equipment operation

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Thorough knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including latte art and advanced brewing methods

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
