The Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for a part time Accounts Assistant to join our rapidly growing team based in Geelong. This part time position spans three thriving businesses — WMA Scaffolding, Perimeter Scaffolding and Wilmoore Allstone — giving you exposure to multiple operations and the chance to grow with a dynamic company.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys accounts and is proficient and very familiar with Xero. If you’re organised, adaptable and motivated, this is your chance to make the role your own.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Entering bills into Xero for multiple companies and ensuring accurate record-keeping (AP only)

Management of vehicle accounts- Vehicle Register, VicRoads, Linkt and Motorpass

Scanning and filing receipts, and supporting accounts payable processes as required

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Proven experience with accounts payable in Xero

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong verbal and written communication

High attention to detail and ability to stay across multiple tasks

A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to work independently

Reliable and punctual, respecting commitments and deadlines

A warm, bubbly and professional manner that makes others feel welcome
