Tell me more...Join the Cooktown MGP team and help deliver culturally safe, family-centred maternity care focused on the first 2000 days. In this senior role, you'll coordinate services, support women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care, and promote culturally responsive practice within a midwifery-led continuity of care model. You'll also guide other Health Workers and work closely with communities and service providers to improve maternity outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and families from diverse backgrounds.
