We are looking for a person for a full time (38h per week) mid-level position to work in our workshop and on worksites. We are looking for someone who is capable of supervising 1-2 labourers while performing simple installations.

Casual contracts are available however the work is still for 38h each week, all work days begin and end at our workshop, hours are between 7am to 3:30pm, with a shorter day on Fridays (1pm finish).

In our workshop you will be trained in the creation of timber sculptural play equipment. On site you will install timber playground pieces, involving digging, lifting, concreting and spreading mulch.

Requirements

White card or willingness to get one before starting work.

Ability to get a Working With Children Check, due to installs at schools.

Drivers licence and ability to get to and from the workshop each day.
- Manual licence required, as you will be asked to drive company vehicles

Expectations

Willingness to learn, you will be trained in the use of hand and power tools, chainsaws, and the identification of native timbers.

Ability to perform labour intensive tasks - it includes activities such as minor excavation, hand digging, lifting and moving.
