About the Role

This is a hands-on position involving both fabrication and installation of custom staircases and architectural features. You'll be based in the factory and travel to sites for installations, with early starts to accommodate travel time.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install staircases and balustrades using timber, metal, and other materials
• Interpret shop drawings and construction plans
• Carry out on-site adjustments and repairs
• Work with site managers and support apprentices when needed
• Maintain tools and uphold strong safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III in Carpentry, Joinery, or equivalent trade qualification
• Experience in staircase installation or fabrication
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to read architectural drawings and follow building codes
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
