We have a solid opportunity for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. This role is available for an immediate start and will see you working across projects in Melbourne's Southeast - predominately based in Dandenong South.

We are looking for operators who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a team, and can deliver quality results safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for:

Extensive experience operating excavators of all sizes

Minimum 5-10 years of excavator operating experience required

Final trim skills with proven ability in both bulk and detailed works

Experience working with GPS systems - Top Con (preferred, but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliability, a down-to-earth attitude, and a willingness to learn & follow directions

Ability to follow OHS procedures and site safety requirements

Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing

Valid car licence and reliable transport

Availability to work 5–6 days per week or as requested there is some flexibility so let's see what works for you!

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

White Card certification required
