Our client a highly established Australian manufacturer is currently seeking Factory Hands and Machine Operators for their manufacturing facility in Wolli Creek, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking to build a long-term career in production operations. Must be available 5 days per week Monday - Friday 7am - 3.00 pm. Training will take place for the right candidates.

Factory Hands

· Performing process tasks as part of the production line

· Adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols

· Working on a production lines with machinery and tools

· Stacking Pallets

Machine Operators

· Operating production line machinery (training will take place)

· Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

· Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

· Opportunity to progress into a skilled machine operation role with full training and career development support

What we're looking for

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Candidates that have an understanding of tools & mechanical machinery

· Hands-on experience with tools, mechanical machinery and the understanding of manufacturing or assembly processes is advantageous

· Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

· Good problem-solving and communication skills

· Must have working experience within a manufacturing environment or similar

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment is required

· Seeking ongoing work Monday - Friday (occasional overtime)

· Motivated, reliable and punctual

· Fit for manual handling duties

· High attention to detail

· Available long term (over 6 months)

· Australian work rights are required for this position
