Ardent Disability Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable female Enrolled Nurse (EN) or experienced Support Worker to join our team providing in-home support for a child with complex medical needs.

This is a rewarding role in a family environment where care, compassion, and consistency are key. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team working closely with the family to provide safe and high-quality care.

About the Role

Regular roster with 24-hour support, including active night shifts (must be available for nights)

Buddy shifts provided for a thorough handover and training

Assist with daily routines, therapy sessions, and household chores

Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with the team and family

About You

Female worker (requirement based on participant’s care needs)

Enrolled Nurse (EN) or experienced Support Worker with a background in paediatric or complex care

Confident with PEG/PEJ feeding, suctioning, and seizure support — or willing to learn

Kind, patient, professional, and able to build positive relationships with children and families

Holds current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, CPR/First Aid, and medication competency
