🧩 About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide direct support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities.
Your day might include personal care, community access, domestic assistance, and helping participants achieve their personal goals.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).

Supporting meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompts.

Providing transport and companionship for community participation.

Following person-centered care plans and behavior support strategies.

Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes.

Promoting safety, respect, and inclusion at all times.

✅ What You’ll Need

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care/Community Services) or equivalent experience.

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Working With Children Check (WWCC).

NDIS Modules

Police Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate (current).

Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle.

COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations (as per NDIS requirements).

Excellent communication and a genuine passion for supporting others.
