About the area

The School of Psychological Science at UWA is a vibrant and research-intensive academic unit comprising over 40 staff and supporting more than 5000 students. The School is internationally recognised for its expertise across a wide range of psychological disciplines. The Emotional Wellbeing Lab, led by Associate Professor Kristin Gainey, focuses on understanding emotional processes in real-world settings, particularly as they relate to depression, anxiety, and wellbeing.

• Contribute to ARC-funded research projects examining predictors of wellbeing in daily life.
• Coordinate and implement multi-method data collection in naturalistic settings.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of local and international researchers.

• You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in psychology or have equivalent experience.
• You have strong research and statistical skills, with attention to detail.
• You are highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• You communicate effectively and enjoy working with diverse participant groups.
• You are proactive, independent, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
