About the Role

Bella Manufacturing is looking for a skilled Fabricator / Coach Builder or Caravan builder to join our team in Warana. This hands-on role involves building high-quality food trucks, trailers, and container conversions from metal, timber, and composite materials.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that takes pride in creating one-of-a-kind mobile businesses for clients across Australia. If you enjoy variety, craftsmanship, and seeing your work come to life, this role will suit you well.

What You'll Be Doing

Fabricate and assemble custom trucks, trailers, and containers to client specs

Read and interpret CAD drawings and technical schematics

Cut, shape, and weld materials using a range of power tools and equipment

Work with the design team to improve build methods and efficiencies

Carry out quality checks throughout production

Keep your work area clean, safe, and well organised

What We're Looking For

3–5 years' experience in fabrication, coach building, or a related trade

Strong skills in welding, cutting, and metal shaping

Confident reading and following technical drawings

A practical problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail

Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious

Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)

Basic 12V electrical knowledge is a plus

Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
