About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing legal advice across contracts, property, and commercial law matters
• Supporting policy development and advocacy initiatives at both State and Federal levels
• Drafting submissions, legal briefs, and internal policies to influence regulatory change
• Facilitating dispute resolution processes and contributing to professional development programs
• Reviewing and preparing commercial agreements and legal content for digital platforms

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in property, contracts, and commercial law
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in compliance and risk management within a commercial setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland (or equivalent) and a current Australian Practising Certificate
