Role Overview

Haús of Vitality is thrilled to announce the opening of our flagship Sydney anti-aging spa in Cremorne! We’re looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified Beauty Therapist to join our founding team. In this role, you’ll deliver luxury skin and wellness treatments that reflect our commitment to excellence, innovation, and genuine care.

You’ll build lasting client relationships, deliver transformative results, and help shape a spa experience that sets new standards in rejuvenation and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of advanced facial and skin treatments, ensuring exceptional technique and client satisfaction.

Conduct comprehensive skin analyses, create personalised treatment plans, and provide expert retail product recommendations to support ongoing skincare goals.

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols, in alignment with brand procedures and local regulations.

Maintain an organised, client database and booking system with before-and-after imagery, progress measurements, tailored skincare routines, and detailed client objectives to ensure truly bespoke service.

Participate actively in training programs, reflective practice sessions, and regular team meetings to support professional growth and continuous improvement.

Contribute creatively to seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-spa events, enhancing client engagement and brand visibility.

Gather and share client feedback, offering insights and ideas to elevate service quality and operational efficiency.

Embody Haús of Vitality’s core values in every interaction, fostering a warm, inclusive, and empowering spa environment.

Manage inventory control and product ordering to ensure smooth daily operations.

Flexibility to work later shifts on select weeknights as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma of Beauty Therapy (SHB50121 or equivalent).

Prior experience in spa, salon or clinic settings preferred.

Outstanding communication skills and genuine passion for skin health and anti-ageing.

Collaborative mindset and commitment to empowering colleagues.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Eagerness to pursue ongoing professional development.

Familiarity with Simple Salon software preferred but not essential (training provided).

Experience with Synergie Skin preferred but not essential. (training provided).

Experience with advanced skin treatments including skin needling, IPL, Cosmelan and microdermabrasion preferred but not essential (training provided).
