About the Role

As part of our team, you'll deliver advanced skin and beauty treatments with professionalism, care, and confidence. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, support clients in their skin journey, and be part of an empowering and friendly clinic culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of skin, beauty, and body treatments with confidence and skill

Deliver exceptional client care and personalised treatment recommendations

Support the clinic with rebooking, retail sales, and client education

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment

Contribute positively to a supportive team culture

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Diploma-qualified (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy

Experience with medical grade devices and machines

Passionate about acheiving skin care results and helping clients on their skin health journeys

Confident in performing advanced treatments (skin needling, HIFU, laser, IPL etc.) Training provided for right candidate

Warm, professional, and client-focused

Reliable, friendly, and able to work both independently and in a team

Passionate about skincare, client results, and continuous learning

Ability to recommend treatment plans, sell memenbrships and rebook with confidence

Growth mindset and love of learning

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in beauty therapy is required

Must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
