Micronised Minerals Australia is recruiting a Trainee Warehouse Operator to join our team. You’ll be working with bulk minerals in 1-ton bags, using forklifts and other warehousing equipment. Working closely with the Production Manager and team to fulfill daily operational requirements which include bulk mineral production, product loading/unloading from trucks and handling other inventory movements.

This role is a full-time position, working day shifts with the possibility of overtime and mine-site work.

We continue to develop safer and more efficient product handling systems to support our consumer demands.

Roles you will be trained in and equipment you will be licensed to operate;

Day to day movements of product inventory.

Ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of all deliveries into the warehouse.

Effective communication between team members.

Operation of 2.5 – 3.5 tonne forklifts.

Operation of a 32-tonne container forklift.

Operation of a front-end loader.

Maintain stock integrity and protection from weather conditions.

Mill operation for fine mineral production.

Check and process paperwork.

Report equipment maintenance requirements.

Ensure the warehouse and external yard are kept clean and in a safe state following all warehouse OH&S requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Current Australian Drivers Licence desirable.

Australian citizen, permanent resident or possess current visa permitting work in Australia.
