St John of God Bendigo Hospital is a 122-bed contemporary private hospital located in central Victoria providing high quality acute medical and surgical health care services for people in Bendigo and surrounding areas.
Your role
As a Grade 3 Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You'll provide expert clinical care, lead and mentor others within the discipline, and ensure services reflect excellence, innovation, and the highest standards of patient and caregiver experience.
The Position
- Provides clinical services to client groups and circumstances of a complex nature requiring advanced practice skills.
- Use of Evidence Based Patient treatment outcome measures and use of Patient feedback - satisfaction measures and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure prioritisation and delegation of duties of Physiotherapy caseloads for self and supervised staff.
- Promotes professional values and ethics in clinical practice.
- Demonstrates strong, current clinical knowledge and skills and applies this to contribute to supporting individuals and teams in clinical practice.
- Leads and contributes to undergraduate student programs and training.
- Leads and develops highly performing teams.
- Accepts responsibility for maintaining and strengthening own professional knowledge and expertise.

You will hold a registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist, advanced clinical expertise and leadership within a specialised area of practice in healthcare or disability services, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
To succeed in this multidisciplinary team, you'll bring advanced clinical reasoning, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, including delivering high-quality hydrotherapy treatments.

- Salary: $117,605 to $132,042 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- Permanent full-time position
