We are looking for someone with:-
• Supervisor experience,
• A passion for customer service, well developed skills and hungry for a challenge,
• Strong people/leadership skills and an infectious, bubbly personality,
• A great team spirit including strong leadership and communication skills,
• Top performance focus, sales ability and strategic planning,
• KPI focus and the motivation to exceed them,
• Experience in inventory, wage and shrinkage management,
• A strong eye for detail and to adhere to our company merchandising practices,
• Ability to achieve organisational goals whilst still have fun,
• Skills to be able to manage and develop the team, whilst supporting the manager.

Must be available to work one weekend day.
