About You:

You have a solid background in maintenance, carpentry, or renovation work.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, or renovation work is required.

You're keen to take on a wide range of tasks – from small repairs to larger projects.

You're a great communicator and enjoy working in a team.

You take pride in delivering top-quality work with attention to detail.

You're reliable, punctual, and have a can-do attitude.

You want to be involved in growing our business, not just working in a 9-5 job.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carpentry: From framing to finishing, you'll be working on a variety of carpentry tasks.

Renovations: Help bring new life to homes and businesses with exciting renovation projects.

Maintenance: Tackle all sorts of small repairs – from doors and fittings to ceiling fixes.

Gutter & Exterior Work: Clean, replace, and repair gutters, eaves, and other outdoor elements.

Kitchen Installations: Turn kitchens into beautiful spaces with expert installations.

What We're Looking For:

A solid skill set in general maintenance and renovations. An understanding on how to quote jobs is a plus, but not essential.

Your own ABN.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

A valid C class drivers licence is required for this position, your own vehicle and your own basic tools (or the willingness to get them)

Experience in working on both residential and commercial sites is a plus, but not essential.

Someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and loves a good challenge.
