Elmtree Migration Lawyers Pty Ltd is a boutique Melbourne migration law firm with an experienced, top tier team. We represent some of the largest regional businesses in Australia including listed and multi-national companies.

Salary offered is $80,000 - $100,000pa plus super.

Due to our growing practice, we are seeking a qualified, full time Lawyer to join us and assist with:

· Preparation of employer sponsored visa applications

· Drafting of contracts and supporting documents on behalf of employers and foreign workers

· Interviewing clients to determine the scope of legal work

· Providing clients with legal advice with respect to their migration matter

· Compilation of supporting documents for visa applications

· Drafting of legal submissions to the Department of Home Affairs

· Reviewing visa files and supervision of paralegals and legal assistants

Applicants must have a Bachelor of Laws and be admitted to practice in the State of Victoria. Applicants should have strong academics (> credit average), excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen and at least 1 year of full time work experience at another migration law firm.
