MR Truck Driver – Road Maintenance (x2)

Location: Narrandera
Rate: $45.69/hr + Super (PAYG)
Duration: Until 27 February 2026
Hours: 8.5 hrs/day, 76 hrs/fortnight – 9-day fortnight
Start: ASAP

About the Role
Transport for NSW is seeking two experienced MR Truck Drivers to join the Narrandera maintenance crew.

You’ll be responsible for operating the maintenance truck, transporting the crew and equipment, and assisting with routine road and infrastructure maintenance tasks.

Key Duties

  • Road pavement and pothole repairs
  • Guardrail and signage work
  • Traffic control duties
  • Guide post replacement and rubbish collection
  • Operate maintenance trucks and other plant safely and efficiently
  • Carry out routine and repetitive maintenance tasks including:
  • Support the team leader and work collaboratively within a small road maintenance crew
  • Participate in call-outs and emergency response work as required

Required Licences & Tickets

  • White Card
  • Worksite Traffic Controller (or willingness to obtain)
  • MR driver’s licence or higher
  • WOF (Workplace Occupational First Aid)

Additional Information A Police Check is required. Candidates may commence prior to the check being finalised; however, employment will cease immediately if any disqualifying record is returned.
