We’re a locally owned, family-friendly independent community pharmacy committed to exceptional service, professional advice, and genuine customer care. As our business grows, we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP.

🔎 About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of the pharmacy and support customers with health, beauty, and OTC needs. You will:

Serve customers and provide helpful product advice

Assist with OTC sales and queries using your product knowledge

Process transactions and handle cash and POS systems

Support dispensary and ordering workflow (training provided)

Put away stock, rotate inventory, and maintain store displays

Assist with merchandising, ticketing, and seasonal promotions

Help pharmacists to ensure smooth daily operations

👤 About You

You are someone who:

Has retail pharmacy or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Takes pride in delivering warm, professional customer service

Is reliable, presentable, well-organised, and eager to learn

Enjoys teamwork and contributes to a positive workplace culture

Has strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare

Can work some weekend or evening shifts as part of a rotating roster

Is confident using computers
