Job Description

Mercure Port of Echuca is seeking an experienced customer service champion, as we look to expand our food & beverage offering.

Must be well organized

Great at building rapport with guests

Ability to work shifts including splits from time to time as required

Punctual & reliable

Creative, confident & fun

Honest, consistent, & detail-oriented

Must Have

Barista experience

Good time management

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work closely with the kitchen, as part of a small team

Ability to work under pressure when needed
