We are seeking an Auto Electrician to perform maintenance and repairs on various heavy equipment, including trucks, mobile plant machinery, light vehicles, and other equipment as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring that our equipment operates at peak performance.

Variety of trucks, Kenworths, Volvos, Isuzu

Variety of Mobile Plant

Trailers, Floats and Dollies

Light Vehicles

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical issues on trucks, trailers, mobile plant equipment, light vehicles and other equipment as required.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

A/C servicing.

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and repair equipment efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to complete complex repair projects.

Skills/Qualifications:

Current & Valid Driver's License (HR Preferred)

National Police Clearance (validity dependant on site)

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

High Risk Forklift Licence (Desirable)

Proven experience working on trucks, trailers, mobile plant, or similar equipment.

Strong knowledge of A/C systems.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
