About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on IT Support & Systems Administrator to keep our technology running smoothly. This role splits between three core areas: IT support, CRM administration, and Google Workspace management.
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day tech issues while also maintaining and configuring our business systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build well-rounded technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-person IT support to office staff (15-20 people) – troubleshoot hardware, printers, network issues, and general tech problems
Administer Zoho CRM – configure workflows, layouts, integrations, clean up records, and support new features
Manage Google Workspace – onboard/offboard staff, create accounts, and maintain user access
Assist with testing in-house web applications when time permits
What We're Looking For
1-2 years experience in IT support or systems administration
Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Comfortable with Google Workspace administration
Ability to troubleshoot common networking and hardware issues
Can install/update software and set up new hardware
Strong communication skills and patience when helping non-technical users
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Enjoys switching between different tasks throughout the day
Nice to have: experience with or interest in cyber security
