About the role

Join the team at McGuire Hotels' Liquor Legends bottle shop at the Yarrabilba Hotel as the Bottle Shop Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bottle shop and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Manage the smooth running of the bottle shop, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers

Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing training and development opportunities

Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales

Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and regulations

Contribute to the overall profitability and success of the bottle shop

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a similar bottle shop or retail management role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data to drive business performance

Thorough knowledge of liquor licensing requirements and regulations

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
