About the Role:

We’re chasing a highly skilled and experienced Bitumen Sprayer Driver to join our growing crew at F & J Bitumen Services.
You’ll be responsible for operating the bitumen spray trucks, ensuring high-quality sealing works are delivered safely and efficiently across NT projects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the trade, can work independently, and takes pride in getting the job done right — every time.
You’ll work alongside a supportive, close-knit team on major road maintenance and sealing projects across the Northern Territory.

FIFO opportunities are available for the right candidate, with meals, travel, and accommodation all covered while working away.

What We’re Offering:

$65/hr and up – pay based on experience

FIFO options available (To & From Darwin)

Meals, travel & accommodation provided when remote

Ongoing, long-term work across the NT – not just seasonal

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience operating a Bitumen Sprayer (BFP Sprayers) – MANDATORY

HR truck licence a minimum

Dangerous Goods License - MANDATORY

Construction White Card

Solid understanding of spray sealing operations

Reliable, safety-focused and takes pride in their work

Bitumen Sprayer & Bitumen tanker operation tickets - Desirable
