Job Title: Leading Hand / Supervisor / Rig Operator – Piling & Diaphragm Wall Specialist
Location: FIFO to Adelaide (initially) | Permanent Role for Perth-Based Candidates, or Temporary role outside of Perth. 3:1 roster.

The Role:
We are hiring for multiple positions including Leading Hand, Supervisor, and Rig Operator. These roles are critical to the successful delivery of our piling and diaphragm wall works.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and supervise piling and diaphragm wall rigs and equipment

Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure safe and efficient operations

Monitor quality and productivity on site

Liaise with project engineers and site management

Ensure compliance with GFWA's EBA and safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in piling and diaphragm wall construction

Current Dogman Ticket

Valid White Card certification required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a team and independently

Commitment to safety and quality

Willingness to work FIFO to Adelaide initially

Employment Type:

Permanent for candidates based in Perth initially on a 3:1 roster

Temporary FIFO, 3:1 roster for candidates based outside Perth for the duration of the Adelaide project
