We are a growing business with a healthy pipeline of projects currently spanning across 5 residential communities yielding over 600 residential lots.
Having built a reputation for uncompromising quality, we are committed to making the process of finding and building a home as easy as possible.
Our projects are located within the growth corridors of Sydney and regional NSW with our head office located in Norwest Business Park.
Key Responsibilities:
The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new House & Land package. More specifically, you will:
Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house & land package selection, upgrades and options
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
Achieve financial and non-financial targets
Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor
Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations and signing contracts
About you:
What we'll look for in you is a professional approach with proven 'face to face' customer service experience and the ability to work with a range of people. In addition, you will demonstrate:
A minimum of 2 years Sales experience with demonstrated closing capability
Knowledge of the Building Industry (highly regarded)
Proven sales ability and a commitment to customer service excellence with previous residential builder
An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
The ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals
Satisfaction from producing quality work and achieving sales goals and strategies
A desire to be the best you can be and willing to seek out means for continuous improvement
Strong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word & Outlook
