The Opportunity

We’re seeking CEC/SAA-accredited Solar & Battery Electricians to join our team and help deliver on our expanding project pipeline.

You’ll enjoy consistent, ongoing work on a variety of residential, commercial, and advanced battery/EV projects. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals looking to commit to a company that delivers steady, premium projects and values thorough, high-quality workmanship over rushing to meet quotas.

You’ll work primarily across Sydney, with occasional regional jobs and overnight stays as part of our diverse project base.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-standard installation, commissioning and maintenance of solar and battery systems

Identify and rectify faults, producing accurate inspection and compliance reports

Uphold the highest levels of safety and compliance on every job

Take ownership of each project from start to finish, working efficiently and to a professional standard

Collaborate positively with clients, teammates, and management to deliver exceptional outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

SA Electrical Licence

CEC Solar PV Design & Install Accreditation

White Card (Construction Induction)

Full Australian Driver’s Licence (clean record)

Working at Heights certification

Highly Desirable:

SAA Battery Accreditation (or willingness to obtain with company support)

Personal Attributes:

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Safety-first mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and consistently deliver at a high standard

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varied conditions
