You'll work across a range of clinical areas, with a primary focus on acute assessment and inpatient planning, and further scope (as required) into general medicine, surgical, orthopaedic, and out-of-hospital care, ensuring that every patient receives person-centred, evidence-based support.

Our Occupational Therapy team is part of a strong, multidisciplinary Allied Health service supporting patients across Rockhampton, the Capricorn Coast, and surrounding communities. We deliver care across the continuum, from acute and sub-acute to community and outpatient services, with a shared focus on helping people live well and participate fully in daily life.

About the role:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy across acute, sub-acute, and community settings.
- Provide senior clinical leadership, advice, and supervision to staff and students.
- Lead service improvement, research, and education initiatives that advance quality care.
- Manage complex caseloads with autonomy and professional accountability.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, workforce development, and innovation within the service.
About you:
- You hold a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
- You bring advanced clinical expertise and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.

- You communicate with empathy, clarity, and confidence across multidisciplinary teams.

What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
