Our existing clinical team: x2 Accredited Hand Therapists, x1 Senior Hand Therapist, x2 early career Hand Therapists undergoing Hand Faculty training and x1 Clinical Manager to commence Master of Occupational Therapy in 2026

We are expanding to include Hand Therapists each with minimum 3 years fulltime experience in hand therapy for remuneration HP03 under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award

Candidates must be qualified as either an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist is required

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required

Permanent positions x2 with hours negotiable 0.6 - 1.0 FTE per position

Weekly CPD in-house and team budget for external CPD

Mentoring with Accredited Hand Therapist as required, at a minimum weekly

Work from home option for clinical paperwork

Option to work Saturdays at penalty rates of 150%

Casemix of acute and chronic conditions, open and closed trauma

Opportunity to work with a network of surgical and allied health specialists
