My Home Supports is expanding across the Geelong region, and we’re looking for casual clinicians (new grads and experienced professionals alike!) to join our growing allied health team. Our model is community-based, personalised, and rewarding — you'll work 1:1 with older clients in their own homes to help them stay safe, independent, and thriving.

What You'll Do

Provide client-centered care to older adults in private homes

Deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions, and recommendations

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Nursing, Dietetics, Clinical Coordination)

Empower clients to achieve functional, mobility and independence goals

Document clinical findings and reports with accuracy and compassion

Working closely with care partners from local in-home care providers

Who We're Looking For

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist

All levels of experience encouraged to apply – from new grads, AHA to seasoned professionals

Passionate about community care and working with seniors

Confident working independently with the support of a team behind you

Current driver's licence and reliable car

Commitment to best practice, kindness, and high-quality care
