About

You will be joining a respected boutique firm with a strong reputation in succession law. The team is known for delivering strategic, empathetic, and practical legal solutions. They pride themselves on a collaborative culture, professional integrity, and commitment to client service.

The Role

You'll work across a broad range of matters, including any of the following areas:

• Estate Planning: Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health directives
• Estate Administration: Probate applications, letters of administration, and managing complex estates
• Estate Litigation: Family provision claims, contested wills, and dispute resolution

You'll have the opportunity to manage files independently, contribute to firm strategy, and mentor junior staff if desired.

About You

• Minimum 2 years PAE in Wills & Estates law
• Strong technical skills in drafting, litigation, and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• A genuine interest in succession law and helping clients through sensitive matters
