About the Firm
Founded over 30 years ago by former Big 4 leaders, this boutique firm has grown to a team of around 25 across tax, advisory, and accounting services. With a flat structure, strong internal mentoring, and no offshore processing, they’ve built a collaborative and technically driven culture where quality of work and professional growth are the focus.

This is not your average accounting role, you’ll be working alongside some of the sharpest tax minds in the industry, servicing high-net-worth clients, large private groups, and even other accounting firms seeking specialist advisory support.

You’ll be joining a team of 3 Directors, 2 Associates, and 20 staff, with clear succession plans in place, one Director is set to retire in 18 months, and another within 5 years. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically gifted Senior Accountant who wants to grow into leadership and potentially ownership within 5-15 years.

You’ll work directly with Directors and Associates across a flat structure (no offshore staff) servicing:

• 40% Private Groups – including 30 wealthy families & some billionaires
• 45% Corporate Clients
• 15% Advisory Work – providing tax advice to 200+ accounting firms

About You

• 3–6+ years’ experience in business services/tax
• CA/CPA qualified (or close to)
• Confident communicator with strong technical grounding
