The Opportunity:

We’re searching for experienced Skilled Labourers / Trades Assistants to support modular site installations across Melbourne Parks and Flemington Racecourse.

You’ll work on the ground assembling, securing, and assisting with the installation of modular structures & key builds for upcoming high profile events. This is a physical, team based role where every day is different, offering steady full time hours and a supportive crew environment.

🧱 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with installation and construction of modular buildings on site
• Operate or assist with EWP / Scissor Lift / Forklift operations (tickets advantageous)
• Load and unload materials, strap and secure loads for transport
• Read and follow plans and site details to ensure build accuracy
• Work safely at heights and in busy construction environments
• Support walk throughs and site set ups alongside the leading team

👷 What You’ll Need:

• White Card (required)
• Construction or modular installation background
• EWP, Scissor Lift, Forklift, and Working at Heights tickets advantageous
• Ability to read plans and understand build layouts
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable transport and commitment to 6 day rosters
• Female applicants strongly encouraged to apply

🕒 Hours & Pay:

• Melbourne Parks: 6am - 5pm Mon - Sat & Paid parking available ($7.50 per day)
• Flemington Racecourse: 7am - 5pm Mon - Sat & FREE parking available
• $37.84 - $40.50 p/hr + Saturday OT | Temp to perm pathway available
