About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Civil Construction Labourer to join our team at Construct Personnel Pty Ltd in Melbourne Metro Areas. This is a casual role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects and develop your skills in the industry.

What you'll be doing

Assisting skilled tradespeople with a range of construction tasks, including site preparation, equipment handling, material transportation, and general labouring duties

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop new skills

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar Civil construction labourer role, preferably in the Trades & Services industry

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks

A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately

A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working within a team

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from work sites
