This role is perfect for a proactive hunter who owns the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing ongoing relationships.
What You'll Do

• Grow New Business: Identify, prospect, and qualify leads across diverse industries — from tech and finance to hospitality and not-for-profit.
• Build Strong Relationships: Reach out via cold calls, email outreach, networking, and social platforms to secure meetings with key stakeholders.
• Sell Consultatively: Understand client goals, budgets, and brand needs, recommending customised promotional products, apparel, and branded merchandise that hit the mark.
• Drive Revenue: Present proposals, negotiate confidently, and close deals while achieving (and beating) revenue targets and KPIs.
• Manage Accounts: Provide exceptional service post-sale, encourage repeat opportunities, and liaise with design and production to deliver flawless outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in Sales or Account Management (promotional products, print, apparel, or B2B preferred)
• A true hunter mentality with strong self-motivation
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
• Genuine passion for branded merchandise and client success
