About the role

Powerdown Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Beresfield, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in the efficient operation of our busy warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to support our manufacturing and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

Receiving and unloading incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods

Accurately picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

Maintaining organised and tidy storage areas, including stock rotation and inventory management

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners

Assisting with general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and loading/unloading trucks

Identifying and reporting any stock discrepancies or damage

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment

Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment (desirable)

Enthusiasm for working as part of a team in a busy, collaborative environment
