About Us
Heightened Services Group (HSG) is a locally owned security and cleaning company providing services across Cairns and regional communities throughout Queensland. With strong growth in both service streams, we are expanding our operations team and looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to support our onboarding, recruitment, and compliance processes.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an admin/HR support role with:

Your role in the team
You’ll be the go-to person who keeps our admin, recruitment, and onboarding workflows moving. No two days are the same.
Your responsibilities include:
Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Assisting with onboarding preparing contracts, compliance documents, ID/licence checks.
Maintaining personnel files and digital records (Tanda & internal systems).
Preparing welcome packs, induction materials and updating spreadsheets.
Providing general office support answer calls and manage inbox enquiries.
Working closely with the HR and Operations Team to keep everything running smoothly.
You don’t need experience you just need to be organised, positive, and willing to learn.

Experience in admin, reception or retail customer service is helpful but not essential.
