About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll empower our clients to achieve their personal goals as outlined in their NDIS plans. You'll provide exceptional support that encourages independence, connection, and a sense of belonging.

Your role includes:

• Supporting clients in day-to-day living and helping them build valued, fulfilling lifestyles

• Promoting choice, control, and active participation in home and community life

• Facilitating access to community activities, venues, and services

• Encouraging positive routines and purposeful daily activities in a respectful and flexible way

What You'll Need

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card

• Australian permanent resident or citizen status
