- Part-Time (0.9FTE) Maximum Term Contract until 30 September 2026
- Classification: Nurses Award 2020, Registered Nurse Level 2 with a salary range from $100,064 - $105,123 per annum pro rata per annum + Superannuation

- Location: Geelong Victoria.
About your new role
The Registered Nurse is responsible for engaging with members of the community that are experiencing homelessness and providing health assessments, referrals to other services required, and support with wound care. The nurse will also be required to report the data associated with the daily engagements that will take place.
As part of the role, there will also be a requirement to participate in networking opportunities within the local community to further the aims of the program. This will require the applicant to liaise with GPs, practice managers, and other allied health services.
The role is placed across multiple sites in the Geelong region. This requires engagement with multiple teams, and multiple services throughout the week.
The HAP Registered Nurse will have a collaborative team-based approach and will report to the Towards Home + Service Manager and the Towards Home + Team Leader
What the role requires
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing
- Registered nurses must hold a valid current full registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- National Criminal History Check (police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check - required before commencement of work
- Current drivers licence
- Australian working rights
