About the role
As a Project Surveyor, you will lead our survey teams and manage complex surveying projects, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to both internal and external customers. You’ll also play a key role in exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve business efficiency and enhance our Survey Programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Deliver: Guide survey teams to provide a range of surveying products and services.
  • Cadastral Experience: Conduct or undertake cadastral surveys under supervision in compliance with the Survey Act 1992.
  • Innovate and Improve: Collaborate with technology groups to explore and implement advancements such as LiDAR, scanning, and engineering surveys.
  • Project Management: Oversee major construction projects, ensuring spatial coordination and deliverables are met.
  • Support and Advise: Provide expert advice to colleagues and internal customers on all aspects of surveying, with a focus on technology and efficiency improvements.
  • Data and Systems: Engage with field data and storage systems, working closely with IT to support CAD configuration and drive technological advancements.

About you

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced professional with:

  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire survey teams.
  • Experience in cadastral and/or engineering surveys preferable.
  • A passion for technology and innovation in the surveying field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Licensed Surveyors or University Graduates wanting to become licensed under the Survey Act 1992 in South Australia encouraged to apply.

Diploma in Surveying Graduates encouraged to apply.
