About the role

We have some exciting projects at Telco Electrical Services from now and all of 2026 and are looking for A Grade Electricians to join our teams in Caboolture, Queensland.

As full-time employees, you will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical services to our clients across a variety of projects in our niche industry.

What you'll be doing

Performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with relevant Australian standards and regulations

Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Undertaking electrical testing and inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems

Providing technical advice and guidance to clients on electrical matters

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all work performed

Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects successfully

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

A current A Grade Electrician licence

Demonstrated experience as an Electrician, preferably within the construction industry.

Demonstrated experience in Underground Cabling installations and civil works.

As a portion of our projects are located outside of Brisbane Metropolitan area, candidates must be willing to travel as required. Attractive rates apply for living away from home when required.

Ability to complete switchboard installations, power upgrades, and consumer and sub mains installations.

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electrical installations

Strong understanding of electrical installations, including sound knowledge of the QECM

Ability to plan, organize, and complete projects on time and within budget.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills

Effective communication and customer service skills

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A commitment to prioritising safety in all aspects of your work

Ability to mentor, guide and lead apprentices.
