T42 Electrical is growing and we’re looking for an experienced residential electrician who takes pride in their work and knows how to communicate with customers.

This full-time position focuses on residential service and maintenance, including fault finding, switchboard upgrades, lighting, power, and safety inspections.
Air-conditioning installation or service experience will be highly regarded.

You’ll be part of a locally owned business (not a franchise) that values initiative, rewards performance weekly, and keeps all work Gold Coast-based — no more long drives to Brisbane or Logan.

• $45–$50 per hour base pay (depending on licence and experience)

• Commission structure - paid weekly

Your Day-to-Day

Carrying out residential service and maintenance works

Fault finding, testing, repairs, and small installations

Completing switchboard & safety upgrades

Consulting with customers and quoting additional works

Using iPad-based job management for quoting & invoicing

Maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach

About you

Current QLD Electrical Licence

Residential service & maintenance experience

Air-conditioning installation/service experience (highly regarded)

Confident in quoting upgrades & discussing options with clients

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Current driver’s licence

Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed
