We're seeking a motivated and experienced Exercise Physiologist (minimum 2 years' experience) to join our growing, multidisciplinary clinic in Marsden Park.

This is a full-time (38 hours/week) position offering an annual base salary of $80 000 – $90 000, depending on experience.

About Us

The Movement Clinic Sydney (TMCS) is a modern, purpose-built physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice with clinics in Marsden Park (since 2022) and Castle Hill (since 2010).

Our Marsden Park clinic, located in the vibrant Elara Shopping Village, features private treatment rooms, a fully equipped rehab gym, and a welcoming, collaborative atmosphere.

We're part of a thriving medical hub alongside GPs, Radiology, Dentistry, and other Allied Health providers, creating an integrated environment where patient care and teamwork come first.

At TMCS, you'll join a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and (soon) Remedial Massage Therapists — all dedicated to helping people move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives.

Your Role

Deliver high-quality exercise-physiology assessments and tailored rehab programs

Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, metabolic, and chronic-disease clients

Collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other practitioners to optimise outcomes

Design and lead small-group exercise and injury-prevention programs

Build strong patient relationships through education and engagement

Contribute to clinic growth through professional networking and community involvement

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with ESSA standards

About You

Degree-Accredited Exercise Physiologist with current ESSA accreditation

Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in private-practice or multidisciplinary settings

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Enthusiastic about community engagement and professional development

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance

What We Offer
