A national leader in point-of-sale, retail display, and large-format print solutions is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand its footprint across key national accounts. This is a newly created role within a fast-growing, design-led business that services Australia’s biggest retail and consumer brands.

Working with clients across automotive, FMCG, financial, fashion, and quick-service retail, the company is known for delivering premium-quality displays and in-store branding at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and revenue streams across retail and brand environments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-site and blue-chip clients
• Develop proposals and sales strategies that meet client objectives and technical specifications
• Work closely with internal design, production, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Stay informed on market developments and industry innovations to identify opportunities for growth

Ideal Candidate

• Proven success in B2B sales within print, signage, POS, or related sectors
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers across marketing, procurement, and operations
• Technically minded with the ability to discuss specifications and production processes confidently
• Polished, professional, and highly motivated to achieve results
• Experience managing multi-contact, multi-site clients is highly advantageous
